JUSTIN DE VILLENEUVE: FASHION AND FAME EXHIBITION, LONDON
The Fashion and Textile Museum is now showcasing a selection of iconic photographs from between 1968 and 1973 by Justin de Villeneuve, one of the most high-profile photographers of this period.
De Villeneuve was manager of the infamous supermodel and pop icon Twiggy before he took his place behind the camera and went on to capture some of the most iconic shots around, including the Marsha Hunt silhouette photograph; Twiggy in Biba on the cover of Queen magazine; and the image of Twiggy and David Bowie that would become the cover of his ‘Pin Ups’ album, all of which will be featured in the exhibition.
Pattie Boyd, whose photograph is also on displayed in the show, opened the exhibition on the 18th March which will continue until the 25th April. Pre-booking is essential due to the limited access to this exclusive exhibtion. To book call: 020 7407 8664.
