VALENTIM QUARESMA 'HIPNOSE' AT MODALISBOA SS12

At the foregone Spring/Summer 2012 edition of ModaLisboa, Valentim Quaresma showcased various works from his “Hipnose” project which uses experimental structures around the head and body to represent the use of the subconscious as a tool in the human creative process.

The result of this ideology is a stunning range of metalwork mechanisms being presented as abstract jewellery and accessories. In combining elements of the industrial, scientific and luxury, each piece is both unique and innovative in a way that only Quaresma himself can achieve within the world of jewellery design…
