The event will feature an impressive 83 exhibitors from all over the world bringing together all the professions involved in the denim industry; from fibre producers, weavers, manufacturers and dye specialists to launderers and accessory makers.

Professionals and denim lovers are invited to discuss the future of this sector with a unique debate on the shows opening day, Wednesday 25th May. Open to all, the debate will cover topics such as how to create a more ethical and environmentally-friendly future, while maintaining the “vintage” or “rebel” spirit that is so important to the denim community.

Installations and demonstrations will continue to develop the ‘Future Vintage’ theme, for example at the entrance there will be an exclusive display consisting of giant greenhouses to highlight the importance of natural experimentation and to showcase the latest technological and ecological advances in this process. Other ethical initiatives include the “Suave Forest Lounge” by Royo and the “Blue Refuge” by Turkish denim producer Bossa, created completely from enviornmentally friendly materials and processes.

Denim by Première Vision confesses its love of full colour denim, presenting the “Ultra Blue” area with its news and predictions for next Autumn Winter 2012/13… Colour is expressed in all its intensity with a huge selection of fabric variations from ultra-matt and metallic to spangled and layered, deep shot looks.
