MOSCHINO LOVES KARTELL
100 pairs of shoes from the new Moschino for Kartell’s collaboration are going on sale from 16th November
Fashionistas getting your Spring/Summer 2011 wardrobe ready (or adding presents to your Christmas wish list…), rejoice: from 16th November there will be 100 pairs of Moschino (www.moschino.com) for Kartell’s (www.kartell.com) “Bow Wow” ballerinas available online in their two-tone version with black uppers and white bows. The “Bow Wow” flat ballet shoe, retailing at €85, will be available from January 2011 in a typical Moschino palette evoking Olive Oyl’s style and comprising red, white and black, but also in summery colours such as peach, yellow, green and blue. The shoes are manufactured with an Italian industrial moulding process using top quality, non-toxic thermoplastic and recyclable technopolymer. This is not the first time Kartell and Moschino join forces. A while back the fashion house upholstered Starck’s “Mademoiselle” chairs in original fabric and used them to furnish the Milan-based Moschino hotel.
