PERSOL ROADSTER EDITION: CAPSULE COLLECTION OF SUNGLASSES
High quality Italian brand Persol now pays homage to the world of motor sports with its unique capsule collection of sunglasses in which all design features are carefully modelled from the structures and details of the iconic Italian automobile; the Roadster. Passion, emotion and tradition are the key values of both Persol, born in Turin in 1917, and of Roadster, legendary sports car that arrived to our streets in the 1900s. These sunglasses reflect the way in which Roadster combined the world of design and creativity with the long tradition of Italian engineering to produce an automobile that perfectly represents Italian style and values.
The silhouettes of the Persol Roadster Edition frames are directly inspired by the classic, fluid form of the Roadster while small metal rivets embellish the top frame of the glasses as if taken straight from the hood of the car itself. There features a lined pattern on the inside arm of the sunglasses to reflect the lines of the beastly Roadster radiator and the arms themselves mirror the shape and style of a Roaster door handle.
Available in 5 colour variations with two different models: the suave, low-profile Persol Roadster 3009S TF or the more masculine pilot-style Persol Roadster 3008S GT. These sunglasses are available now in selected eyewear stores across the world.
