Chemical Reaction

—part two

Rites of Passage

Our beauty editorial goes back to the rituals and beginnings of make-up. We draw inspiration from the famous plastered and painted ancient Greek head of Mycenae from the Bronze Age, as well as centuries-old traditional bridal make-up from Bulgaria, Kosovo and Macedonia & ancient Chinese and Japanese traditional make-up.

In this editorial we will talk about love and the courage to love. The second part is a special about rituals and traditions. The love that brings people together, the chemical reaction, the rites of passage. I am inspired by marriage and by different cultures and ways of expressing togetherness in make-up.
