FILIPA MALHO EXHIBITION AT TAKEN, PORTO

Porto”s urban culture concept-store, Taken, now presents its latest exhibition from Portuguese creative artist Filipa Malho.

Working within fashion, film and illustration since her graduation in Fashion Design at the Faculty of Architecture in Lisbon, Filipa is today becoming widely acclaimed across Portugal, having run several independent projects as well as regularly collaborating with fashion designer Christophe Sauvat in Lisbon, Paris and India.

The Taken exhibition showcases some of her most personal work, free from any professional responsibility or guidelines, in the form of a selection of drawings which express her love for imaginary art, as well as the item of clothing which earned her a major prize in the field of fashion back in 2008 for the Concurso Jovens Criadores.
